TERMS & CONDITIONS

Industry standards suggest ordering 5-10% extra for cuts & breakages. No claims will be recognised under 10%

Any instructions received by iPave from the buyer for the supply of goods and/or buyer's acceptance of goods supplied by iPave shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.

1. The seller reserves the right to refuse sale. 

2. The goods are non refundable OR exchangeable. iPave holds NO responsibility for over estimation of products using the buyers plans. These are estimations only and it is the buyers responsibility to check quantities and/or check with an independent landscaper.

3. Seller holds no responsibility for breakages or buyer negligence. 

4. Product shortages must be claimed within 7 days. 

5. Colour consistency can't be guaranteed in Factory Seconds or Commercial B Grade Products. 

6. Pallets are packed at the factory and we can not inspect every piece. 

7. Printed brochures and internet pictures may differ from actual product colour delivered. Parties shall be excused from timely performance of obligations under this contract where and to the extent that it is prevented or delayed by factors including:- Acts of God :- Statutory Obligations :- War or Civil commotion :- Labour disturbances or strikes :- Plant/Equipment failure or shut down.
